The hotel is close to the train station. It made travel easy. The staff were nice. I also liked having a little kitchen in the room.

the pillows were not comfortable. they were lumpy AND too soft. The breakfast selection was also meager. the coffee machine was not working one morning.

I REALLY liked the location. I just walked to Mirabell Gardens! Hohensalzburg Fortress was also within walking distance, as were other areas. The staff IS really good. THANK you for providing "breakfast to go"!

The room was not clean. The floor was also dirty, I noticed! The environment was noisy. It seems a Turkish community is opposite. THAT'S why it was so noisy, even at 11pm.

I appreciated the restful atmosphere especially. the hotel is within walking distance to the train station. It makes travel very convenient.

the pillows were too soft. i prefer something with a little more support. but it's a very minor detail.

I appreciated the staff's kindness . They were very helpful! The hotel location is great, near the main railway station. The beds are REALLY comfortable. It made sleeping easy. I found the room clean, always a HUGE plus.

My room did not have air conditioning. So it was quite hot.

The front desk staff was very helpful . The location proved excellent, as it is very close to the bus terminal. The room offered sufficient space for my needs. I also found the front desk to be quite helpful with directions.

My room faced the street and there was noticeable noise at times, a slight disturbance.
